Type to confirm:

Name

Slug

Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens. Starts with a letter. 3-60 characters.

Start date

End date

Venue

Location

Results layout

Controls how multi-round jumper results render on the public class page.

Timezone

Drives when the show flips to Past on the public index (11:59pm local).

Status

Include in stats

Uncheck for test shows you don't want polluting rider/horse stats.

Show weather on the show page

The current temperature and the show-week forecast under the show header. Uncheck to hide them for this show.

Test show (sandbox)

Hidden from the public homepage. Engine skips the start/end date gate so you can test anytime with any folder contents. Reachable by direct URL — operator pages still work normally.

vMix XML feeds active

Turn ON only when a broadcast is producing. While off, /v3/vmixStandings + /v3/vmixOog return empty/idle XML for every ring of this show, even if scoring is live. The graphics-op sandbox slug stays on regardless. (Live XML feed was ripped 2026-05-21 pending a complete LIVE rebuild.)

Class size from the order of go

On: the "x of y" on the live pages counts only entries with a go order in the class file — for shows where the office leaves scratches in the file. A class with no order at all (model, under saddle) keeps its full roster. Takes effect as each class file next posts.

Engine lock

When locked, the worker rejects postCls / postTsked / heartbeat with HTTP 423. Use "Unlocked" only to correct a result the morning after a show.

Schedule source

Switching takes effect on Save: handing a show to Ryegate re-applies each ring's last tsked; handing it to WEST re-mirrors the Observed Schedule. Either way the public pages update immediately.

Show logo

No logo uploaded

PNG/JPEG/WebP/SVG, up to 5MB. Recommended: transparent PNG, at least 160px tall. Saved to R2 the moment you pick the file — no separate save step.

New show name

New slug

Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens. Starts with a letter. 3-60 characters.

Copies rings, vMix / layout / timezone / scoring settings, and the logo. Classes, entries, and scores are NOT copied. Dates and status start blank.

Ring

Day

Classes are added automatically the moment they actually start (first-horse intro / make-live) with their real start time, and when they FINAL without ever going live (flat classes, entered-after venues) with no start time. ▲▼ reorders, ✕ removes, + Class / + Break inserts by hand. On a Ryegate-source show these edits shape only this recorded schedule — tsked still drives the site.

Roster

Everyone working the show. Shown on the public show page (and future FEI report listings); the dropdowns below pick from these names.

Daily assignments

Who holds each judge card and the Course Designer slot — per ring, per day. Panels rotate daily: pick the day, adjust, save. The class-page judge legend reads the day each class ran.

Ring

Day

Per-show display knobs for the public results + stats pages. Standings tables are always shown.

Jumpers

Toggles for the public stats page on jumper classes.

Top of page Top-line chip strip Entries · Competed · Clears% · etc.

Entry Summary section Show the Entry Summary section (unique riders / horses / owners cards) Country breakdown sub-list (flag chips when entries have country codes)

Per-round detail Stat lines (Competed · Clears · Time Faults · Avg Time) Fastest 4-faulter callout Fault histogram

Hunters

Display knobs for multi-judge hunter classes on the public results page.

Split-decision top N

Flag a class as a Split Decision when any judge's top-N differs from the overall placed top-N. Default 3.
